recommends that brain training to

over a 4 week period, training 5 days
per week for a total of 20 days brain training. If
the full daily training session is too much to do in one
sitting, divide it into morning and evening sessions - 10
blocks per session. Training for 20 days is
recommended for a specific IQ-intensive
goal that will be implemented in 1
month (such as an exam, psychometric / job
aptitude test, project or high IQ
society test). After the 20 days' training,
give yourself a day of rest to consolidate the
fluid intelligence and memory
gains, and then take your IQ-intensive
challenge.
You can
expect at least a 10 point gain on
a standard IQ test

plan.

For long term
cognitive gains using the working
memory brain training download we recommend
you do 10 sessions in the morning and 10 in the
evening, for 4-5 days a week, and keep this training up
over the long term. In principle this brain training can
